Accepting an offer and closing the deal
We know exactly how to help you pick the best offer and how to negotiate with buyer’s agents in order to make for the smoothest closing possible. We will guide you through the attorney review process, home inspection period, obtaining town certificates, and finally, closing on your property.
Your home sale may need to coincide with a purchase of your new home. We’ve done this plenty of times and can help you coordinate closing to happen in conjunction with the purchase of your new home!
